Welcome to the Kingdom of Fife

Fife is in the centre of Scotland and is an ideal location for a relaxed holiday.  In addition to many local attractions this is a good location for visiting Edinburgh, Glasgow and day trips to the highlands and Loch Lommond are quite feasible.
Lower Largo is on the sunny south coast of Fife, know as the East Neuk
This stretch of the coast contains several attractive villages which were previously fishing ports. Fisihing is now limited but some of the ports are still full of life and there are many excellent restaurants with  fresh local fish and seafood.
One of the best is situated in St Monans

Other attractions in Fife are:
  • St.Andrews with its ancient university and championship golf courses
  • Falkland Palace
  • Cambo Estate and Gardens, one of many fine gardens open to the public.
